Diversity and inclusion elite tournament basketball program

The Stand Tall All Stars program is an elite basketball and leadership program for your people which promotes cultural diversity and inclusiveness.

The tournament based programs provide access to elite basketball competitions and professional athletes to develop resiliency based training in high performce game environment.

The tournaments provide and opportunity to develop life and leadsership skills for young people who would otherwise not have access to elite tournaments.

Using basketball as a means of engagement and providing an impactful experience that inspires participants to set goals and be motivated about their own future.

The program centres on ensuring players from different cultural backgrounds engage in a team environment to break down barriers and promote teamwork and overcoming cultural bias.

There are 3 key elements in the Stand Tall All Stars Inititive including:

All Stars tournament program for elite teams (male and female)

 

All Stars 'out of reach' opportunities with professional players and teams, including access to basketball events

 

All Stars alumni access to mentors to support players beyond the on court competitons to achieve off the court wins relating to education, employment or professional baskeball pathways.
