In any business, taking time to invest into the strength of your team is invaluable. At Charity Bounce, we are excited to launch the Charity Bounce Certified Program — an opportunity for companies of any size to experience the programs we deliver for young people on a basketball court as a company team building exercise.

Recently, the team at L&A Social stepped into the shoes of the young people our programs serve and experienced how Charity Bounce is using basketball to inspire the development of life-long skills which come into play on and off the basketball court. It was great to hear about Emma’s experience.

Emma shared, “L&A’s session with Charity Bounce was a truly valuable & fun experience! Uniting the team outside of the office into a welcoming and energetic space was such an amazing way to bond; we learnt more about Charity Bounce’s organization, each other, and ourselves. I had so much fun, this session left me feeling pumped & accomplished, and I think it’s the perfect program to encourage other young Australians to dream big and grow!”

One of the most exciting things about the Charity Bounce Certified program is it gives an opportunity for people in the business community to learn more about the work Charity Bounce is doing with young people— including Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islanders, and newly arriving refugees — and see how they can partner with us to help change the lives of young people. We have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of professionals who want to give back by being a career mentor, helping provide jobs for young people, or even starting a fundraiser of their own to support a Charity Bounce program.

Stay tuned to hear about our next Charity Bounce Certified Program with Telstra next week! Click here to find out more about Charity Bounce Certified.
