Coaches of the New Stand Tall All Stars Women’s Team
It’s International Women’s Day and Charity Bounce is thrilled to announce the coaching line-up for the second annual Stand Tall All Stars women’s team! The Stand Tall All Stars program is designed to provide access to ‘out of reach’ opportunities in the basketball world and to support players beyond the on-court competitions to achieve off the court outcomes related to education, employment, health & wellbeing, or professional basketball pathways.

Last year’s Stand Tall All Stars inaugural female team.
Last year was a great success and Head Coach Renae Camino will be returning to coach the Stand Tall All Stars Womens Team. Renae is a professional basketball player who has achieved at the highest levels in the game having played in the Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL) where in 2005 she won the WNBL Rookie of the Year Award and in 2006. In the 2007 /08 (2008) WNBL Grand Final, Camino won the MVP award after setting a league record for an individual score with 32 points and went on to win another WNBL Championship in 2013. Along with additional basketball achievements, Renae enjoys coaching and is excited to lead this team for a second season.
Shanae Greaves, a post player from Melbourne, will also be Head Coach to the team this year. In 2016, Shanae moved up north to join the Sydney Uni Flames where they won a WNBL championship. Shanae has recently signed another two year contract with the Flames in search of another championship ring. Shanae is also about to begin a second season with the Sydney Uni Sparks SEABL team.
Shanae has a history of basketball coaching and studies in Occupational Therapy and Human Sciences. As a result, she has experience working with people of many ages, abilities and backgrounds and is passionate about connecting with people and helping them to reach their full potential.
This year’s Stand Tall All Stars Program will include basketball trainings, competing in the Sydney Schools Shootout tournament, a free basketball kit and inspiring special guests! Charity Bounce would like to give a big thanks to Phil Webster the organiser of the Sydney Schools Shootout tournament and his ongoing support of Charity Bounce’s programs.
