International Women’s Day 2020- #generationequality

With more than 42% of young people in our programs being young women we are serious about making the programs as empowering as we can.  Today is the UN observance of International Women’s Day to promote women’s rights and gender equality taking centre stage in 2020. We are striving to make Charity Bounce a place where women at every level are empowered and provided every opportunity to succeed and thrive, from our staff to our coaches, to the young people, and all our partners.

With a focus on our women’s programs in 2019 and 2020 we are excited about whats ahead and playing our part to support this year’s theme for International Women’s Day (8 March), which is, “I am Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s Rights”. Small actions can have big impacts in making this vision a reality and on International Women’s Day, we ask everyone to join #GenerationEquality and become part of the solution.
