Employment Hub
Programs & Support

We understand that young people who are not engaged in education, training or paid employment by the age of 24 are most at risk of experiencing future long-term unemployment.

In our employment hubs, our team work closely with disengaged youth, with a focus on First Nations and culturally diverse communities, including newly arrived refugees to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to secure meaningful employment and map out future career pathways.

Our ultimate goal is to break the cycle of underemployment, poverty, and limited opportunities by giving at-risk youth the chance to transform their lives and access jobs.
In partnership with our coaches, ambassadors, mentors and corporate partnerswe identify young peoples' goals, help to create a pathway to success and play afacilitation role in removing any challenges and barriers to effectiveengagement. In person, in schools and online.

Testimonials
“...Thank you for your ongoing support. We have noticed a really positive change in *Tom since he started working. He’s been more involved in family events and activities and has also instigated a couple of meet ups with a friend which we are really pleased with.”

“…When it comes to work experience week and the kids who find it challenging, they end up either not going or go to a place that isn't worthwhile for them. And the fact that you "get" these kids just makes it so much better. Honestly, we need more of you here!”
