The Hoop Dreams program is driven by a philosophy of inspiring hope, followed up with practical steps for problem solving, soft skills and employability.
From part time jobs, to higher education to future careers we work with young people to identify their goals, their needs and work to remove any obstacles in their way.
In partnership with schools, the local community, nationwide partners and our JobJump hub we aim to provide the tools and support needed to succeed.
Aswell as Career Mentoring that connects young people with a mentor from the business community. The partnership focusses on developing young peoples career focus, abilities and guidance in identifying career and personal goals..
